Memberships for the school year can be turned in through the last day of school.
Any membership received after the last day of school will not be accepted.
Senior memberships must be received no later than April 1st to be eligible for Scholarship.

Sport Passes are good for free entry to all regular season home football, basketball, wrestling, and volleyball games
**not valid for IHSA State Series events, such as regionals or sectionals, or special invitationals
Pass must be presented at entrance. Photos or copies WILL NOT be accepted!

Eligiblity Requirements
Applicant must be a graduating student in good standing at PCHS.
Applicant must be enrolled or committed to attend a vocational/technical school, junior college, or university immediately following their senior year.
Applicant must have participated as an athlete, student trainer, or team manager for at least one (1) IHSA sanctioned sport.
Applicant must have participated in four (4) seasons of IHSA sanctioned sports in their athletic career in high school. At least one season per academic year.* (Note: Cheer & Poms are recognized to have two (2) seasons each year, fall/winter.)
Applicant must have demonstrated sportsmanship and leadership while involved in high school athletics.
The parent or legal guardian of the applicant has been a paid member of the PCHS Booster Club for at least 2 years, one being applicant’s Senior year.
Applicant must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 (on PCHS 5.0 scale).
In addition to completing the application form, applicant must provide a typed essay, and at least two (2) letters of recommendation by the due date. One letter must be from a coach.
